Tamara Crook – Physiotherapist
Tamara is a postgraduate Continence and Women’s Health physiotherapist, and Southcare Physiotherapy’s coordinator of inpatient and outpatient women’s health physiotherapy services for St John of God Murdoch.
Tamara started working for Southcare after graduating from Curtin University, with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Tamara has a Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women’s Health), and has completed the 12 month Lifecare Pilates training course. She enjoys pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy, and working on the SJOG Murdoch St Mary’s maternity ward. Tamara hosts antenatal and postnatal hydrotherapy classes as well as Clinical Pilates classes at Southcare.
Tamara is a Crossfit Level One Trainer, and has completed her Crossfit Coaches Prep Course. Prior to university, Tamara studied a higher education course in Dance Performance at the National College of Dance. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys taking her dog Fang to the park, rock climbing, hiking, and eating food she doesn’t have to cook herself.
