Timothy Barnwell - APA Sports Physiotherapist

Tim graduated from Curtin University as a Physiotherapist in 2001. He has worked in a variety of clinical areas including spending time working in the United Kingdom. Tim has worked at SouthCare Physiotherapy since 2005. He has a keen interest in the treatment of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, with the rehabilitation of knee injuries being one of his key areas of focus. Tim is a Practice Principal at SouthCare and coordinates the Outpatient service.

Tim is an APA Sports Physiotherapist and is currently a member of the WA Branch Council of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. He also sits on the PHN South Clinical Commissioning Committee.

Tim was previously Physiotherapist for the Western Fury Cricket Team and Cottesloe Rugby Union Club, as well as Head Physiotherapist for Palmyra Rugby Union Club.

Tim's sporting interests include cricket, rugby, AFL and golf, as well as running to keep fit. He has completed two marathons but isn't convinced he'll do anymore.
